Industrial Wash Processing:

The Premium Polo Shirt can be washed at up to 75 degrees when combined with a cool down process.  If a cool down process is not used then this will result in creases forming in the fabric which may require ironing out.

The loading of the washing machine should not exceed 2/3rds of the nominal capacity (60kg of garments for a 90kg drum) with a minimum level of at least 50cm of water for premium performance of the product.

The Premium Polo should be washed separately, as it may pick up dye from other types of garments.

Extraction (spinning) should be limited to the absolute minimum and must leave as least 35-40% residual moisture in the garment at the moment it enters the finishing tunnel.

A fabric softener should be used when washing the Premium Polo.  This will protect the fibres and maintain a soft handle but also ensures antistaticity.

There is no necessity for an overdose of detergents of fabric softener to be used during washing.

Industrial Drying:

The Premium Polo can be dried in a finishing tunnel at between 135-140 degrees, when combined with a speed of at least 850 garments per hour, so long as at least 35-40% residual moisture remains in the garment.

Drying can also be achieved through a tumble dry at up to 80 degrees.

Garments should not be over-dried as this may destroy the breathability of this product.
